We understand that occasionally things may not go as smoothly as anticipated. If you're not completely delighted with your recent DFS purchase, don't worry - we're here to assist you. Our aim is to ensure that your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible, and that includes a straightforward and hassle-free return procedure. Your happiness is guaranteed!
Can I return my order?
Yes, just pay attention to the details: We accept returns within 30 days. All products must be returned with original packing intact and in original condition. If you return the item, a refund or store credit excluding the original shipping fee will be issued.
How do I return or exchange a purchase?
Some additional details apply: If you exchange for a different product additional shipping fee may be applied. The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number and RMA (see below) as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return/exchange. To obtain a RMA number simply email us at info@deadfishsociety.net and make a request for a RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of the purchase, order number, and item you would like to return/exchange and why you want to return/exchange it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel and products, we cannot approve returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body types and styles. If you are concerned about how a garment may fit, please refer to the product notes on our website i.e. "item may shrink, order next size up" etc. or contact us with your concerns prior to purchase. Items damaged by not properly following the care guides for the item can not be returned or exchanged. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments or products are printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact info@deadfishsociety.net within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange a return, exchange, reprint, or credit. Please provide the original order number with all correspondences.
